    • Not sure if this is a new bug or what...

      I can't login on Mobile and get a Disconnected! You must be at least 13 years old to play 8 Ball Pool popup message.

      This seems odd since I am 63 years old.

      Anyone else having this problem?

      • still loosing stats!

        Below is a screen shot of my stats at the end of play last night:



        Next is a screen shot of my stats when I logged on for the first time today:



        The stats are pretty much all out of whack...and I am loosing games won and played as well as total winnings. I have continuously reported these issues to Miniclip and have only gotten computer generated generic replies. Of obvious importance to me is the lost Experience Points towards my next level. The past week has been an "instant replay" of loosing stats...and I feel as though it is Groundhog Day all over again! I play and move the stats higher...and they revert back to crazy numbers the next day!

        Jersey Jim will not be playing for a while. I seriously believe that they either cannot fix the bug...or just do not care.

        SO FRUSTRATING!!

          • Loosing stats

            Update on my loosing stats issue.

            Miniclip responded with "We are aware of the problem and will work on it....we cannot say at this time when it will be...". In other words nothing will likely be done right away.

            I stopped playing on the account. I am very high in all catagories as you can see (scroll back). Here is what I suspect:

            I have 2 other accounts that I sometimes use for practice. I am at experience levels 40 and 37 with these accounts. I noticed playing full time on these accounts yesterday that there is no loss of stats as in my main account (Experience level 112).

            I believe the issue is somehow tied into my ranking (112)...as, whether or not you want to believe it, different experience levels play different competition. I am rather surprised that only one person has responded with this issue besides me (On this board). There is little doubt that all high stat/high experience level players are getting screwed right now. Although the last few days I played with my 112 account the Pool coins seems unaffected, I had initially lost several thousand (at least 10,000) in pool coins the first few days of the stats being lost daily.

                    • Ongoing Stats Saga...

                      So...I stopped playing on my #1 account (Experience level 112) for about 2 weeks (See previous posts)...to see if things would correct themselves.

                      In the interim, I played on two other accounts I keep...essentially for practice. I am at Experience Levels 39 & 40 on these two other accounts. It was actually fun "sneaking up" on the good shooters...thinking they were playing a "39"!

                      So, a few days ago, I played a game or two on my 112 level account...and the stats held. Although I lost several games and about 50,000 in my total win my totals...things seemed to be back to normal...until today.

                      When I logged in today, my total wins and games played jumped up by nearly 30,000 each! I don;t know what the heck happened...but notice a few other subtle changes...such as different colors for different experience levels.

                      Oh well.

                            First time on Spin & Win i had to wait for the free spin only a few hours. I stoped playing like 1 week and now i started to play again i have to wait 24 hours for the free spin...the problem is that after I wait 24 h , i don't get any free spin,it just resets and i don't receive anything...I think my account is bugged or something:-? Can u please help me?

                              we are not the real Miniclip Staffs ... notice "un-official home of the miniclip.com" ... I am sure you are not the only one ... past 2 weeks 8 ball games has gone whacked ... and we are bunch of sitting ducks at the moment waiting for miniclip "fix" it ... just enjoy the game for now ... you will not experience lots of bad things ... it's just happened once a while or each update
