Hi, when I lose a 50k game in 9 ball. I do not lose 50k more like 35k, but when I win... I win 50k. Why is this?

It may happen because your opponent couldn't bet more than that in the game. It's been so long since I played - some time last year - so I could be wrong. Did it work like that?

Aurora is correct. When you play 9 ball, you get to choose how much you wish to bet. If you bet 50K, your opponent that you got matched with probably bet 10K. Then when you lost your opponent won 10K and you only lost 10K instead of 50K. So your balance should only have gone down 10K.

maybe you are using a high spend cue and it's a coincidence that it recharges for 15K when you win

A lot of people don't understand the Legendary cue coin payback system and gripe when they don't get back the amount they think they're supposed to get.
