I got that pop-up once a long time ago.
It came after I was supposed to get a victory box but didn't get it.
I can;t remember if it was the same day or next day.

I suppose there is some reconciliation programme they run regularly and then those omissions come to light.

I've had that popup 3 or 4 times now (probably on different accounts). I'd agree with what dhakapapa said above, I'm sure occasionally I never got a box when I should have, so MC just flag it up and award them retrospectively. Just think of them as a nice surprise free gift !
