I am a fairly new player, I am just into my 4th Pool Season. I have enjoyed the game so far, and I haven't met too many cheaters yet, playing on lower tables. My next step is getting stable at the 4-5mill tables. I have reached lvl 150, but my motivation has very much been the CCP which is now 72.
That means ofc I have put some money down.. I reckon around 4-500$ so far.
I am of the opinion that it is nothing wrong with paying a bit in games, especially games that are free to play.
BUT..Miniclip customer support..Long story short..: On the IOS there is a subscription for a monthly Elite membership which I tried. It cost around 30$/Month. I was sure it would give me the permanent access to Elite shops and tables, but all I got was a VIP bump up from Diamond to Black Diamond, and access to the Pro tables.. I don't even have the once a day access to the Elite tables.
So I created a ticket with Miniclip support.. again long story short: all I can get are auto replies. They do not seem to have any real customer support at all.
As I said, I do not mind to pay in a game, but with such a shady supplier as Miniclip, who can not see fit to have customer support for paying clients like myself, I don't feel like investing any more in this game. Neither time or money.
I know most of what I am saying has been said numerous times before, and I just want to add my voice to the choir.. Great game, but it has potential to be so much more if it was managed properly.
