Showing wrong country (cannot change)

Dear players. Please help.

I live in Denmark where my account was created and where I play from. In two weeks I have been on vacation in Kenya, Africa. I only had one game there on my Phone.

After returning to Denmark the game still says im in Kenya. I have tried:

1. Log Out and in again a number of times.

2. Tried on 4 different computers and phones.

3. Reinstalled the app on my phone.

4. Checked my VPN and state that It's connected to Denmark.

5. Contacted miniclip who tells that they cannot change it manually, and that the flags are selected automatically from where you are. (Which apparently is not true?)

The consequence is that, even I play a lot and win a lot my score still says 0. Im not even mamaking money on the Kenyan leaderboard. I have relegated for no reason and will do so on and on, since my score for no reson shows 0.

Please can you give me some advices? Please write what I can do.

Hello Lind1986 , your current location should correct itself when the next leader-board restarts, I've heard sometimes it takes a few weeks. Evidently Mini-clip seems to think people don't travel for some reason. It's a common problem others have far too often, some while staying at a motel and connect to the WIFI not realizing the motel uses a VPN happens far too often, I know it's kinda scary but don't panic it will return to your correct location. Seems mini-clip could find a way to fix this easy if they wanted to, people travel just a simple fact. Hope you had lots of fun on vacation!!!

Lind1986 - Yeah I can remember we posted lots here around the same time when we was getting cheaters right and left one after another. Ten in a row some times, I hope the game never gets that bad again as I'm not too fond of them, really who is, I was always too stubborn to give up and move to a different table and try and avoid them but we shouldn't be the ones having to sacrifice what tables we like to play at. I too have played you on the Berlin table, I can't remember the outcome or game details but I've played a player using the image that you are using here, nice choice on your photo might I add, speaks volumes of the kind of player that you must be!!! The game needs more players like us who have integrity and a love for the game.
